This notice explains how personal data is processed through this website and its quotation form, in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

Personal data we process
Through the quotation form we process your company name, email address and telephone number, together with the product, quantity, dimensions and description you provide. Any information you choose to write in the description field is also covered. When you visit the site, technical data such as your IP address and browser details may be processed as part of the hosting and security services.
Purposes and legal grounds
Information sent through the quotation form is processed to assess your request, prepare a quotation and contact you. Technical data is processed to deliver the site securely and to protect the form against automated (spam) submissions. How data is collected
Personal data is collected electronically when you complete the quotation form, and automatically through the site’s hosting and security services.
Transfers
The content of the quotation form is forwarded to the company by email through the email delivery service Resend. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and the form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. As part of their services, these providers may process data outside Türkiye. For information on the basis for international transfers, write to [email protected].
Retention period
Personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for any period set by applicable legislation. At the end of this period the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights regarding your personal data under Article 11 of the KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR by contacting the data controller.
